The International Buyer-Seller Meet 2025, part of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conferences (VGRC), will be held from October 9–10, 2025 in Mehsana, near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Organized by the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) in collaboration with the Government of Gujarat, this exclusive event is designed to connect international buyers with top Indian exporters and manufacturers. Key sectors featured include agriculture (wheat, bajra, potatoes, tomatoes, soybean, sapota), spices (cumin seeds, fennel, isabgul, coriander, mustard), dairy products (milk, cheese, milk powder, sweets, butter), automobile components, and food processing items like peanut butter and potato chips.

As part of the initiative, FIEO is offering a Hosted Buyer Program to selected foreign buyers actively exploring sourcing opportunities in these sectors. Benefits include partial reimbursement for economy-class airfare (details to be announced), complimentary 2-night hotel stay, airport pick-up and drop-off, and pre-scheduled B2B meetings with qualified Indian exporters. All applications will be reviewed by a screening committee, and only shortlisted buyers will receive confirmation. The registration deadline is September 20, 2025.
