Monthly Open House to address Consular and Other Issues

The Consulate General of India, Ho Chi Minh City shall hold an ‘Open House’ 5th day of every Month, from 1500 Hrs to 1600 Hrs to address the grievances of the Indian nationals and members of Indian diaspora, on issues related to consular and other matters at the Consulate (09 Dang Huu Pho, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City). If the day happens to fall on a holiday, the Open House shall be held on the subsequent working day.

Indian nationals as well as Indian-origin community members are welcome to come to the Open House for any consular issues or grievances with the Consulate.
Participants are advised to bring all relevant documents for resolving their issues.

                  09 Dang Huu Pho, 
                  Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, 
                  Ho Chi Minh City 

Date & Time:  1500 – 1600 hrs on 5th Day of every Month 
                  (Except Gazetted holidays).

Appointment:  No prior appointment is required. (Walk-in)
Who can attend:  Indian nationals or diaspora members seeking redressal of grievance related to consular matters.
