As India celebrates 75 years of Indian Independence, the  Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City in association with Mercure Hotels in India, proudly presents Zoom Live Sessions on ‘Indian Regional Cuisines'.  Explore the world of Indian cuisines with renowned chefs from the Mercure Group of Hotels as they share with us some age-old authentic recipes from the Goan, Hyderabadi and Chettinadu Cuisine on 14th, 21st and 28th August at 1630 hours (VST).
